We ask for a 10 day notice on cancellation for a full refund. Once past 10 days, we must charge for the reservation unless the room is re-booked (a $35 processing fee is charged in this case).
Check in is between 4pm and 6pm while check out is at 11am (no check ins past 9pm ). The rates are based on DOUBLE occupancy and a $15 extra person charge is applied per night. As city of coos bay room tax also applies.
We encourage well behaved children 8 years and older in the main house, but do not allow pets. Prices subject to change.
